Discover yourself, others, and God through many opportunities that
connect you with other people in comfortable settings to learn and
grow. The emphasis is always to establish or strengthen healthy
relationships.
Small groups meet throughout the week in the homes of participants.
These studies are integrated with social interaction to meet the
specific needs of the group. There are ongoing activities and special
events for men and women to encourage and support one another.
Adult Search Teams: Meet regularly
with other adults in a comfortable setting to:
Share, study and learn together
Make connections
Establish significant long-term relationships
Grow in your personal spiritual life
Are you searching for your passion, your ministry or fulfillment
in your spiritual life? Do you want to discover new relationships
and experience a personal growth pattern? Then join a SEARCH TEAM!
Teams are made up of eight to twelve people that meet weekly for
one to two hours at church or in each others homes. Leaders
from within the group will guide the study. A study is chosen
by each SEARCH TEAM and may be topical or centered on a section
of the Bible. Time for sharing and praying together is also a
part of each meeting. Contact the church office for information
on current SEARCH TEAMS.
Drama: Our Drama Team is
made up of volunteers who use their talents on Sunday mornings
to help us visualize the theme of the message. The team also performs
for special events. Rehearsal time varies depending on each production.

Judy Westin at 763-261-4650 or call 320.251.5767.
Ironmen Ministries: "As
iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." (Proverbs
27:17) Mission Statement: "To lead men to an
intimate and growing relationship with Jesus Christ." Purpose
Statement: "Ironmen", the mens ministry of
Discovery Church, designs its programs and events to equip
men to become Godly leaders in the home, church, workplace, and
neighborhood. As "iron sharpens iron", men sharpen one
another in weekly breakfast meetings, small groups, and mentoring
relationships. Men are also encouraged in their Christian walk
through retreats, sports outings, and other activities. Through
these events, men learn to serve their family, their church, the
community, and one another.
Media: Modestly trained multi-media
volunteers make it possible for us to see and hear what God has
for us on Sunday mornings. These volunteers enhance the worship
service through sound, video and visual support. Multi-media volunteers
are placed on a rotating schedule and rehearse with the Praise
Team on Wednesday evenings at 8:00. If you are interested in
joining the Multi-media team please contact Sue Mustain at sue@discoverychurchmn.com

and support during these critical early years. MOPS meets the third
Thursday of every month, from September through May from 6:30 to
8:45 p.m. Visit the MOPS website for more information: www.stcloudmops.com.
Music: Make
a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous
song and sing praises! Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre,
with the lyre and the sound of melody! With the trumpets and the
sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord!
Psalm 98:4-6 Our Praise Team helps the congregation
to actively participate in worship. The team consists of vocalist
